OS project ID, brand, deadline and original-file link → Photo Studio → Final. Today, you open the existing tools through the links above.
Drive keeps source files; the future OS asset record stores a provider file ID and access-controlled reference rather than duplicating full videos.
Calendar export works now. Live calendar sync will need Google account authorization and a server-side connector.
You review and share from Final. Newsletter sending stays in beehiiv. Posting to social accounts stays manual.
Each future event includes event_id, event_type, project_id, owner_id, schema_version, occurred_at and payload. Initial types: asset.registered, project.updated, draft.prepared and export.created. Adapters report disconnected, authorized, syncing or error from real server state. Tokens stay server-side. Use event_id for deduplication, bounded retries and a visible job log. No publish action exists in this contract.
